For me, the appeal of art making is that the only standards to meet are the ones
you set yourself, and even those are mutable. While I am always gratified by a successful
painting, the process is as important as the product.
Investigation and experimentation are my fuel for creativity. In order to find continued
inspiration, diligence is my one virtue.
Only by doing, can more things be done, then the flow of ideas is truly satisfying.
Inspiration is everywhere. The objective is to be receptive to it.
