Kaitlyn Card | Visual Artist
Growing up surrounded by the rolling hills and the endless skies of the Eastern Townships, Quebec, Kaitlyn Card’s passion for art derives from the landscape itself. Her acrylic paintings tend to focus on capturing and reflecting the beauty and serenity in the land and in nature. Painting is a way for her to enjoy the calmness, but also the uncanniness that nature can present and encompass her with.
Kaitlyn attended Champlain College for Visual Arts, and obtained a minor in Visual Arts from Bishop’s University. Her works have been displayed in the Foreman Art Gallery, Ye Olde Blacksmith Art Gallery, at Uplands Cultural and Heritage Center, and the North Hatley Library, all located in the Sherbrooke Quebec area. She moved to Vermont in 2019 and is looking forward to being inspired by the beauty of Vermont!
