I have been painting seriously since retirement and taking lessons to improve my technique.

I am beginning to realize how much pure work art is. It is a joy to paint and I am encouraged by my fellow artists and artistic children and grandchildren. I also appreciate comments received from those who view my work and am gratified when I sell some of my paintings.

My watercolor paintings have been shown with the Wooden Horse Arts Guild , MAC Center for the Arts and the Vermont Watercolor Society.
